Chris's unique set of skills could just be what you need!
Chris trained as a Doctor of Chiropractic and graduated with distinction from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, which is the world's leading Chiropractic training faculty. He undertook further courses to improve his skills, including rehabilitation for the back, developmental kinesiology, gait analysis, dry needling, clinical plyometrics and power taping.
Chris has experience in working with all walks of life; from a seven day old baby to senior adults, and from competitive athletes to patients that just want to have better function. He believes in working holistically with the patient, not just treating the symptoms, but treating the cause too- advising on nutrition, exercise, work station setup and other lifestyle factors to gain long term results. As he has worked within the fitness industry for over thirteen years, he has seen a myriad of conditions and how they can affect movement and function, and has a huge passion for rehabilitation work.
He takes pride in offering state-of-the-art natural health care and fitness. He loves attending seminars, learning new ways to help the people he works with, and refining and developing his current skills. He focuses on patient and client education as this empowers the patient and gets you the best results in the shortest amount of time.
Chris’s aim is to help you and your body work to your full potential. He works holistically, looking at how you move, play, eat, work and sleep.
To help you reach your goals, you will work together using tools, such as Chiropractic care, acupuncture, nutritional and postural advice, and fitness and functional rehabilitation programmes of exercise, so you feel the best you can!
