Active Back Care Workshop. Saturday 24th Feb

The ABC workshop will look at your everyday movement patterns, habits, and posture. You will learn how to achieve good posture with a "neutral spine" - the key to efficient, pain-free movement. Mandy will teach you exercises to build the endurance in your trunk muscles (the core), so that you can maintain a neutral spine, as well as stretches to enhance ribcage, hip, and lower limb mobility, so that you can move more freely.

Mandy explains more about pelvis neutral and how it is key to preserving long term back health.
