Exercise Can Be Fun!
Aerobics combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. Led by the instructor who will teach various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises.
Our classes have five components: warm-up, cardio vascular conditioning, muscular strength and conditioning, cool-down, stretching and flexibility. You will be able to select your level of participation according to your fitness level.
