Body Conditioning

A total body strength conditioning class. Features cardio, upper/ lower strength & core blocks using a combination of Piyo metrics, weighted resistance & own body weight exercises.

The closest you'll get to personal training but in a group class. You will be able to select your level of participation according to your fitness level.
