A class dedicated to making you fit and strong for movements of everyday life. A circuit style class with exercises for the upper and lower body as well as the core.

Our classes have five components: warm-up, cardio vascular conditioning, muscular strength and conditioning, cool-down, stretching and flexibility.  You will be able to select your level of participation according to your fitness level.
