Urban Kettlebell

A fun class using kettlebells to give an a total body workout.  This popular style of training helps to improve strength and stamina. You will learn the correct way to use the kettlebells as well as picking up different routines that you can use as part of your training.

You will be able to select your level of participation according to your fitness level.
