Team training mixes the benefits and value of personal training in a small group setting.

Our new #TeamTraining program is launching on Monday 2nd October and we’re very excited.

Are you looking for help with your training?

Not sure you’re training at your best or getting the results you deserve? Our goal with this new program is to create a community of people looking to enhance their training experience. The results you expect from personal training but the fun and friendships you can build from a group class.

Sessions are Monday to Friday 6:45am and 7:30am. Start your day with a massive boost of endorphins and head to work with a huge smile on your face!

If you’re looking for more information we’re holding a launch party at Urban at 10:30am Saturday 30th September, meet Floyd our #TeamTraining instructor and he’ll be giving a presentation on goal setting and helpful nutrition tips too.

Make sure you call and book for free as spaces are limited. Can’t make Saturday, don’t let that stop you joining us. Get us to give you a call back and answer any questions you may have.
