Suspension Training!

A fun workout using TRX straps that helps improve all over body strength. Exercises are mixed with body weight movements and positions to work the cardiovascular system as well as the core.

Our classes have five components: warm-up, cardio vascular conditioning, muscular strength and conditioning, cool-down, stretching and flexibility.  You will be able to select your level of participation according to your fitness level.
