I’ve been a personal trainer for 5 years now and know that the world of fitness and nutrition is a constantly changing sea of information, there’s always a new “Guru” offering the quick fix!
I’m sorry to say that there isn’t one!!
I will however add that improving your fitness and physique doesn’t have to be a constant battle. I will help you make small lifestyle changes based around food and exercise to give you the biggest results. My aim is always to ensure sustainable results.
