A bit about Gemma Lynn
Since qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist 10 years ago, I have had a keen interest in sport, exercise and returning people to their full health and function and most importantly what they love to do. My practice has included working at Royal Bournemouth Hospital Outpatients Department alongside working with Sport teams and in sport clinics and running activity specific Pilates classes. I have a specialist interest in Pilates and the use of a Pilates and an exercise based approach to rehabilitation alongside manual treatments and acupuncture. I am a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in Occupational Health which enables me to help you with staying in work with an injury or the return to work post- operative or post injury.
