Urban Strength & Tone is a coordinated class using barbells, weights, and steps to strengthen and tone muscles in the whole body.
Our classes are freestyle choreographed which allows our trainers to create fun and exciting routines every time.
They are also able to modify exercises based on the participants and tailor it accordingly.
