At Urban we have three types of Conditioning classes:
Cardio Conditioning: 45 minute HiiT style workout using bodyweight exercises.
Strength Conditioning: 45-minute weights or kettle workout with cardio exercises mixed in.
Total Body Conditioning; 45-minute body weight, weights, core, and cardio workout.
Class length up to 45 minutes
Small class numbers in the clubs
