Muscle loss and strength can influence and affect many aspects of your life such as your daily functions, your walking, posture and increases the risk of injury.

What is Urban Pump?

Urban pump is a coordinated class using barbells, weights, and steps to strengthen and tone muscles in the whole body.

Our classes are freestyle choreographed which allows our trainers to create fun and exciting routines every time.

They are also able to modify exercises based on the participants and tailor it accordingly.
