Helping people achieve their goals and improve their life is second nature to me, having been a social care entrepreneur for most of my adult life.

After completing my first Ironman half distance triathlon on my 40th birthday, I realised I wanted to share with others what the body can achieve through persistence and determination so started a new career as a personal trainer, gym instructor, and swim teaching.

I am equally in love with all disciplines: outdoor and lane swimming, cycling/spinning, running, strength and conditioning. Variety is the spice of the fitness life!

A working mum of two, I appreciate both the challenge and the importance of squeezing fitness into an already busy schedule. To me, fitness is more than just another chore on the daily to-do list, it is an essential element of a healthy and balanced mind, body, and soul. It is a community, a communion, a coming together of like-minded people for a common goal.
