Qualifying in 2014 as a group exercise instructor I completed my Personal Training qualification in 2015, instructing Mat Pilates level 3 and Designing Pre and Postnatal exercise programs in 2016. Most recently completing my 200 hour Level 1 yoga teacher training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar Lineage with Himalaya Yoga Valley. Pilates and Yoga have become my main focus for teaching and in my own personal practice over the last few years. I find this type of movement gives so many great benefits to the body and the mind, no matter your experience or ability.
My Pilates classes are a fun mix of Pilates exercises with a modern twist. Focussing on core stability, mobility, strength, flexibility, and breathing. Classes are suitable for mixed abilities with progressions and regressions for all movements.
