Having always had a love of yoga my practice on my mat really started to reshape my life when I found Ashtanga, and Ashtanga-based Vinyasa flow. This style of yoga had a profound effect on me and in 2019 I decided to go to India to study to become a teacher, taking my 200 hours in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow at Sampoorna School of Yoga.

For me yoga helps me find stillness and calm, an awareness of my inner self and complete surrender, breaking down old habits and forming new ones. I teach in a way that I hope will take my students on their own journey of self-discovery and self-discipline, a true awareness of the self, a true sense of surrender.
