Before joining Urban Will was struggling with his mental and physical health but took a confident step to join the club and embrace everything we have to offer.

Even though he felt like a ‘newbie’, he soon started to feel the benefit of a routine of guided workouts.

Living and working in Christchurch, Will thrives on the Urban community of friendly faces and has developed an optimistic and hopeful outlook for the future.
