We start with an in depth assessment of your current health and fitness. We will review your goals and health aspirations.


STEP 2: BUILDING A PERSONALISED PROGRAMME

Your programme will be specific to you and will focus on the areas you want to work on. Your trainer will use the equipment in the facility in an interactive way to help make your session fun and motivating.    


STEP 3: GIVING YOU EXTRA

Your trainer will look to advise you on other health matters such as your nutrition & diet which will have a significant impact on helping you achieve your goals. They will always be at hand to help, support and guide you to achieve your goals.
