I’ve been a member of Urban for many years and loved the atmosphere of the club so much I decided to join the team! After a long and varied career in film and television production, music teaching, and running my own business I hope to contribute to the smooth running of the club, providing a great member experience and encouraging others to enjoy leading a healthy lifestyle.
My interest in fitness and food led me to retrain in Nutrition and I now enjoy empowering clients to improve their eating mindset and start to enjoy food rather than be controlled by it. I work as a nutrition consultant for a number of local groups and love inspiring others to adopt a healthy balanced diet. When I’m not working or exercising at Urban, I can be found walking the dog up and down Hengistbury Head, just another way to keep on moving!!
