Jess- Specialist Physiotherapist

I qualified from Bournemouth University with a first class degree in Physiotherapy.

I began my career with University Hospitals Dorset. Through my previous and current practice in the NHS I have gained a range of experience in surgical rehabilitation, Pelvic health and the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.

My passion is to help people move freely, return to function and promote injury prevention, to achieve individualised goals. I always aim to provide holistic advice to encourage quality and enjoyment in life.

My interest in physiotherapy came from a young age when competing hockey at county and national levels. In my spare time I can normally be found; playing rugby, baking or out at sea on my paddle board. If you would like a consultation please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
