Early morning is a wonderful time to practise and this class will kickstart your week with yogi intentions. Beginning with a short breathwork and mindfulness session, move into sun salutations - the perfect mini workout - then settle into a rounded asana routine incorporating strength work, balancing and stretching. Each month we focus on a particular posture, exploring it from different angles and enabling students to deepen their understanding of the practice. Suitable for all levels.
Her focus is on correct alignment and clear instruction, but she also likes to bring a sense of playfulness into her classes.
