I've been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years now, a Pilates teacher for 15 years, and 10 years a Yoga teacher.
I have learnt that the Pilates principles of core control, along with forms of yogic expression, can help rehabilitate our bodies and minds to improved and healthier function.
To heal our various conditions, be it in the mind, body or spirit, the principles of healing are transferable.
Having studied injury rehabilitation at degree level, I have been able to bring these elements together to offer my clients a holistic approach to fitness, rehabilitation and overall wellbeing.
This long journey into how our Bodies breath, move and heal is one I'd like to share with you all.
