Discovering Yoga after an injury led to a significant amount of physiotherapy, initially, Nicky had just hoped to improve her flexibility. But she soon fell in love with all the other benefits Yoga has to offer, and for her, it is about so much more than just the poses. The practice made an immeasurable difference to her life and she decided to begin her journey into teaching so she could share its magic with others.
Nicky graduated from the Himalaya Yoga Valley in India, and loves sharing a variety of class styles with her students. Her approach is always therapeutic, focusing on the benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing.
Nicky’s classes are suitable for everyone. Perfect if you are new to yoga or getting back into it, as well as regular yogis.
As a qualified personal trainer, she has an in-depth understanding of anatomy and the physical practice, and blends this seamlessly with the spiritual nature of Yoga. Nicky truly believes in progress, not perfection, and celebrating what our bodies can do. A practice from the heart, with compassion for ourselves.
