    Menopause Initial Consultation

    5 x 1 hour 1:1 Sessions:

    Providing you with full support & coaching. This can be 1:1 Personal Training, or 1:1 Pilates.

    Menopause Body MOT: A body-check and screening consultation in the Urban Clinic, led by our specialist chartered female Physiotherapist, Viktorija. The MOT assesses:

    - Posture
    - Mobility
    - Balance
    - Pelvic health
    - Lifestyle Influences

    12 Week Membership at Urban: 12 weeks of Unlimited Gym-Use & Unlimited Classes.
