Personal Training Prices

Personal Training is open to members and non-members.

Single Pay as you go session: £40 per hour/non-members rate

We offer a range of prices, packages, and member discounts depending on your membership tier.

About our trainers 

Our staff have a passion for learning and developing and as such continue to expand their knowledge and skills to help deliver the best sessions they can. With a variety of experiences within the team and with an in-house team of therapists and rehab specialists, our trainers are capable of providing bespoke programs for all types of people and conditions.
