DanielleNo problem! Choose the dates you can attend the course & then use the remaining sessions to attend some of sessions in the next Pilates STRONG course scheduled.
Pilates STRONG is suitable for all levels & abilities, whether you're a beginner or a regular to Pilates. In these small-group sessions, Danielle will be there to provide you with full support.
Also, the Pilates Bar offers 3 different levels of resistance & intensity. Allowing you to work at a level that feels good for you.
Absolutely! Non-Members are welcome to sign-up for Pilates STRONG.
