Danielle is a Senior Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor at Urban. Her passion for both Strength training & Pilates has inspired her to design and create her unique Pilates STRONG Program

With a deep commitment to empowering individuals, she’s crafted not just a 5-week Pilates course, but an entire experience that blends strength and serenity in perfect harmony. Her approach focuses on helping people feel strong, confident, and balanced, inside and out.

  • What if I can't commit to all 5 sessions in the course?

    No problem! Choose the dates you can attend the course & then use the remaining sessions to attend some of sessions in the next Pilates STRONG course scheduled.

  • I've never done Pilates before, is this suitable for me?

    Pilates STRONG is suitable for all levels & abilities, whether you're a beginner or a regular to Pilates. In these small-group sessions, Danielle will be there to provide you with full support. 

    Also, the Pilates Bar offers 3 different levels of resistance & intensity. Allowing you to work at a level that feels good for you.
