I'm a relative latecomer to the fitness industry; nonetheless I have been in the gym since my teens. I enjoy all aspects of keeping fit and healthy although maybe not quite from A to Z as Aerobics and Zumba are just a step too far for my limited dad dancing skills - not all of us can be Jane Fonda! However, I found plenty in between to enjoy. I am a massive advocate of the need to stay strong and mobile as we mature. Weight training, Yoga, Pilates, and Spin, are the tools to keep us healthy in mind and body.
I have three decades of lifting experience and have learned the importance of keeping good form and engaging mind to muscle activation at all levels.
