Winter Warmer Yoga & Sound Bath

Sunday November 27th - 3:00-4:30PM.

Join Nicky & her musician partner Matt for a blissful, cosy afternoon of Yoga & Sound Healing! You will begin with a gentle Restorative Yoga practice, inviting you to spend a little time settling into the poses. With the use of bolsters or pillows for support, we will allow the body to completely relax and let go of any tensions. Naturally flowing into a dreamy, guided Yogic sleep meditation (Yoga Nidra), enjoying the healing harmonies and vibrations of their collection of Tibetan singing bowls as they begin to play. Emerging to a delicious hot chocolate to finish Plus, receive a FREE yogi gift!

A perfect opportunity to reset and find a little peace. What to bring - Yoga mat, pillows or a bolster, blanket & fluffy socks.

Here at Urban, we support and encourage strength training for women of all ages.

Join our PT Claire on Saturday 8th October for a demo and have-a-go. FREE Strength training sessions will then be held on Thursday evenings, available for members and non-members so bring along a friend.
