Here at Urban, we support and encourage strength training for women of all ages.

Join our PT Claire on Saturday 8th October for a demo and have-a-go. FREE Strength training sessions will then be held on Thursday evenings, available for members and non-members so bring along a friend.

Improve your strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. All whilst having fun, gaining confidence, and maybe even going upside down!

New to Yoga or experienced, this is for you! Suitable for ALL.

Our Urban Menopause wellness program helps women to transition easier through this period of life to improve their physical and mental health.
